You are responsible for ensuring that your storefront content is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

5. Prohibited Use

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious software

6. Orders and Transactions

Indocia provides digital storefront, ordering and communication tools for businesses.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Indocia is not the seller of products or services listed by businesses and does not take ownership of those products or services.

Businesses are responsible for the fulfillment, quality, pricing, availability, delivery, refunds, cancellations and legality of products and services offered through their storefront.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Indocia may offer paid subscription plans or other paid services. Applicable prices, plan limits and subscription terms will be displayed before purchase.

Subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or through payment methods supported by Indocia.

We do not guarantee that the service will always meet every particular business requirement or operate without interruption, errors or delays.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hexatech Innovation Private Limited and Indocia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or relating to the use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
